Day 5: The Last Hours and Journey Home

The next day, we woke up to bright sunshine.

We packed our suitcases, had breakfast one last time at the hotel, and visited the beautiful wellness area once more.

Then it was time to leave the hotel.

By bus, we traveled back to Jenbach. Along the way, we caught one last glimpse of the wonderful lake, which looked even more beautiful in the sunshine.

In Jenbach, we boarded the train and were home just a few hours later.

A wonderful holiday full of exciting experiences had come to an end, and although the weather hadn’t always shown its best side, this short trip will remain in our memories forever.

But I definitely want to visit the Achensee again sometime!
